Mandatory Google Authenticator Reset and Rebinding

Dear Bitnasdaq Users!

Following a recent penetration test conducted by an independent cybersecurity firm, a potential risk of Google Authenticator code leakage was identified. To enhance the protection of user accounts and digital assets, BITNASDAQ will initiate a system-wide security upgrade.

What You Need to Do

Starting August 1, 2025

• All existing Google Authenticator bindings will be automatically cancelled and rendered invalid.

• Upon login, users must rebind their Google Authenticator to continue using key account features

• Users who have never set up Google Authenticator will be required to complete the setup process.

Important Reminder

Failure to rebind Google Authenticator may restrict access to core account functionalities, including withdrawals
